Access Issues

If you are having trouble accessing data or services on PASDA, please send an e-mail to: pasda@psu.edu

Please include the following information:

• What is the approximate time the problem occurred?
• What operating system are you running?
• What software are you using?
• What browser are you using?
• What error messages are you receiving?
• What data file were you trying to download (or what map service, application, etc were you trying to access?)

Data Issues

Problems with data sets are rare but if you find a problem with a data set on PASDA, please contact us via email to let us know. Remember to include the file name of the data in question. If it is an actual problem with a data set we can work with the data provider to correct the error and repost the data.
