ABSTRACT
This collection of historic aerial photographs contains two missions taken in 1977 and 1978, respectively. The 1977 mission was captured by L. Robert Kimball, Consulting Engineers, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania at 1”=500’ scale and contains 331 photos. The 1978 mission was captured on October 31st, 1978 at a scale of 1:24,000 and contains 84 photos. This collection was given to the Donald W. Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information by the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Geological Survey Library. The photos were scanned at 800 dpi on an Epson Expression 11000 scanner by the Donald W. Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information. An orthomosaic and center point index were produced for both missions.
