Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy_Explanation:

An estimate in feet of positional accuracy based on 1" = 200' aerial photography.

Process_Description:

Utilizing diapositives of the 1" = 1,666' aerial film provided by ADR (Aerial Data Reduction Inc.), digital scanning was performed at 25 microns (1,000 dpi) to provide a final output resolution of 2 foot per pixel. The 1" = 200' orthophotos were merged into 10,000' modular tiles based upon the Pennsylvania State Plane, North Zone, coordinate system.
