Data was updated from Spring 2015, Leaf-off, AccuPlus 3" orthophotography imagery with a Center City 8 way shoot, flown by Pictometry. Purpose:
Collection of impervious surface outlines generated by Sanborn Mapping Services with updates implemented by Intergraph Services Company (ISC) and Pictometry Intelligent Images. Updates generated off the 2015 Leaf-Off 3" AccuPLUS Imagery representing changes in impervious surface visible within the imagery. All impervious surfaces have been captures as individual polygon features. ISC updated impervious surface polygons have been snapped to aligning building roof outlines (Pictometry collected) by Pictometry and have been topologically checked. None ISC updated impervious surface polygons (Sanborn) have also been topologically checked in comparison to the building roof outlines for no existing overlaps. Upon request, grass layer polygons have been added to the impervious surface dataset filling in existing holes and adding continuity to the dataset.

ConditionsThe Building Outline Creation service is conducted based on the information visible in the following:For clients that have purchased and are using their Pictometry Imagery - the most nadir, orthorectified, orthogonal frame image will be used for processing. Additionally, oblique imagery from the same year/flight will be used to verify outline accuracy. If Pictometry AccuPLUS™ imagery has been purchased, the AccuPLUS orthomosaic tiles from the same year/flight will be used for processing the project.For clients that are providing third-party imagery, the previously approved orthomosiac tiles will be used for processing. Specifications are based on 12-inch (30 cm) or better ground sample distance (GSD) Pictometry-acquired imagery. Better GSD orthorectified, orthogonal imagery will result in more accurate Building Outlines.
