Abstract:

This layer consists of polygons representing bridges in Lancaster County.  It contains both covered and non-covered bridges.

Purpose:

Intended for use at 1:2400 or smaller scale. For educational/demonstration purposes only.

The data was created using countywide 1 inch to 1600 foot aerial photography  The data extends to at least the County border and will include a buffer of approximately 250' or greater.  All bridges visible at this scale were included in the dataset.
