This index represents the coverage of DVRPC's orthoimagery for the years 2000, 2005, and 2010 in the 5-county, Pennsylvania portion of the DVRPC region.
Purpose: 
These polygons were developed to define the overall extent of the imagery and assist users in locating the particular image(s) of interest to them.
