County staff scanned original court maps into the GIS and rubber-sheeted them to fit the Allegheny County GIS Base Data developed from a flyover in 1992-93.

The 2000 Census resulted in changes to Ward lines based on population, which in turn caused reapportionment in Avalon, Bethel, Elizabeth, Indiana, McCandless, Mt. Lebanon, Ross, Sewickley and Upper St. Clair, changes were applied to the Voting District Data.
