Problem downloading files in some browsers



Some browsers, including Chrome and Edge, have recently stopped supporting access to content via FTP. Consequently, users may experience trouble downloading files from the PASDA website. As we work to find a permanent solution to this issue, here are some suggestions for downloading files from PASDA:


  • Try using a different browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.

  • Right-click the download link to any file and copy the path to the folder it is in. Paste the folder path (not including the part) and paste it into the address bar in Windows Explorer on your computer.

  • Download an FTP client and install it on your computer. One option is FileZilla ( Download and install the appropriate version of the software for your computer, run the FileZilla program, and enter in the "Host" box.
