It dates from the years 1959, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, & 1995. The 1959s and 1965s primarily cover the urbanized portion of the DVRPC 9-county region. Subsequent years provide full coverage of the region, minus the occasional missing scan (the DVRPC 9-county region is made up of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer counties in New Jersey). There are approximately 9,500 scans, with each scan being between 35-40MB in size. The total storage required for all of the scans is about 325GB (for the original, non-georeferenced ones only). Speaking of georeferencing, we've done a small percentage of them. The following is a breakdown, by year, of our historical aerial scan inventory: 1959: 707 total (37 missing, 82 georeferenced)1965: Unknown total (Unknown # missing, 92 georeferenced)1970: 1,338 total (Unknown # missing, 297 georeferenced)1975: 1,388 total (16 missing, 1,322 georeferenced)1980: 1,338 total (Unknown # missing, 108 georeferenced)1985: 1,338 total (Unknown # missing, 31 georeferenced)1990: 1,338 total (Unknown # missing, 99 georeferenced)1995: 1,338 total (Unknown # missing, 499 georeferenced)ftp://ftp.pasda.psu.edu/pub/pasda/dvrpc/DVRPC_Historical_Aerials/Indexes/DVRPC_Historical_Aerial_Index_Maps.pdfhttps://www.dvrpc.org/webmaps/TileIndex/
<purpose>Aerial survey of the 5-county, Pennsylvania portion DVRPC's region. •	The 1965 to 1995 imagery is grayscale
•	These images are scans of DVRPC's non-orthorectified, mylar, aerial photo enlargements
•	In 1965, only imagery for the urbanized portion of the region was acquired
•	Please note that certain tiles within the coverage area are missing
