Abstract:
This layer includes the parcels within the municipality along with condominiums and mobile homes.  Also included, are the county's tax data along with municipal data such as street address, lot number and subdivision, build out status, land use, zoning, septic or sewer, and housing starts on two year intervals since 1990.
Purpose:
Created for community planning and demonstration purposes. Used to supply information for comprehensive and analytical reports. Address data may be used for emergency response purposes. The dataset is also routinely used to answer questions from residents in a more efficient manner and aids in the initial stages of subdivision and plan reviews.

Attributes have been checked by visual comparison of source against the hard copy plots and/or interactive display of digital data.  Municipal attribute data is also in the process of verification through field surveys which confirm address data, land use data, and other information.
Logical_Consistency_Report:
Data set topology exists.  No duplicate features.  All polygons closed as verified from hard copy plots.
Completeness_Report:
Complete for all areas in the bounding coordinates except the Borough of Export.
Some condominiums and mobile homes have yet to be added.

Visual verification.  Original source materials meeting National Map Accuracy Standards for 1:24,000 scale maps were corrected against USGS Digital orthophoto quadrangles with 10 meter resolution. 90% of points checked from plot measure within .001" of position on source materials.

Process_Description:
The county tax map attribute data was expanded with municipal information from the planning department and field surveys.  Spatial data will be updated and edited using surveys from recently submitted plans, hard copy county tax maps, 1993 DOQ's,and aerial photos, when available.
