Step 1.
Open the WinZip program by clicking
on the icon

or navigate to where you put the countbnd 
.
Double-click on the countbnd.zip.
Navigate to where you would like to have it saved eg.) c:\data.
It is best to make a folder to keep your data organized.
Step 2. The Thank you for Installing WinZip! box appears, Click Next.
Step 3. When Winzip opens Click the I Agree box, and then Next> to begin unzipping the file you just downloaded.
Step 4. Click on the WinZip Classic button.
