Data on PASDA has been zipped for compaction and quick download. Once a file is downloaded it is essential, however, to unzip it. The Winzip utility performs this task.
Step 1. Open a separate window for WinZip by selecting this link: www.winzip.com
Step 2. Click on Download WinZip 7.0 Evaluation Version. This is the most recent version available. There are also other programs that unzip files and they may also be used.
Step 3. Begin downloading by clicking on the WinZip 7.0 Evaluation Version. After a few seconds your computer will prompt you to save the application by opening a Save As box or placing it in your My Download Documents folder. Once WinZip is downloaded you may close the window.
Step 4.
Navigate to where you saved the winzip70 file. To install
WinZip double-click the 
icon. Click the Setup
button.
When prompted, select a location for WinZip to be installed and Click OK.
